The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Nights Transport Coordinators on behalf of our well-established client based in Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced transport office, providing key operational and customer service support to drivers and clients across the UK.

The Role:

• Providing a consistently high level of customer service to all clients
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer and driver requests
• Allocating jobs and plan driver schedules to meet agreed SLAs
• Maintaining continuous communication between drivers and customers throughout the delivery process
• Costing and pricing jobs accurately for both customer and driver
• Handling live customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Ensuring full awareness of real-time driver and vehicle availability
• Working collaboratively with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on 4 off
• Nights - 19:00-07:00 or 21:00-09:00

What We're Looking For:

• Previous transport office or planning experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Professional approach with strong customer focus
