🌙 Now Hiring: Night Warehouse Operatives - Greenford 🌙

Looking for a rewarding night shift role with consistent hours and great pay? Our client in Greenford is expanding their team and seeking reliable Night Warehouse Operatives to support their busy night operations.

🕒 Shift Pattern:
8 PM - 8 AM, 4 ON / 4 OFF
You must be fully flexible and able to work any 4 days out of 7.

💰 Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour - paid weekly

• £20.25 per hour for overtime worked on rest days

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer and store orders quickly and accurately

• Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries against purchase orders

• Handling, storing, and labelling products correctly at all times

• Carrying out regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory

• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards

• Working closely with other teams to meet nightly KPIs and targets

• Reporting any damaged or missing stock immediately

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, and walking for long periods

• A good communicator and supportive team player

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work varied shifts including weekends
