Night Shift Machine Operative - Oldham

Are you an experienced Machine Operative ready for your next career move in Oldham?

We are currently looking for x2 motivated and reliable individual to join our client's night shift team, with the great possibility of securing a permanent role after a 12-week probation period.

Key Details:

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Starting Pay: £11.50 per hour, with the potential to increase to £12 plus an attendance bonus after 12 weeks. Overtime rates are also available.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely
• Perform basic production duties
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Due to the location, candidates must have their own transportation

Requirements:

• Prior experience working night shifts
• Background in machine operation
• A solid work history with the ability to provide references
• Strong communication and literacy skills
