Our client, based in Park Royal, is looking for dedicated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join their team. This role requires working in a chilled environment and is ideal for someone with previous experience in cold storage or similar conditions.

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (occasionally Wednesday )
• 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM 
• Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
• £15.76 per hour / Weekly pay 

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and unload deliveries, verifying the accuracy and condition of incoming goods.
• Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining stock integrity and cleanliness.
• Prepare and pack orders accurately for dispatch to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet trucks (training provided if needed).
• Conduct routine stock checks and assist in inventory management to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment in line with company and food safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all health and safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a chilled environment is essential
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -18°C for extended periods
• Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting involved
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent punctuality and reliability
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays when required
