The Best Connection Oxford are currently recruiting for Night Store Merchandisers to support a major store refit project within a busy cosmetics retailer based in Cowley, Oxford.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced merchandisers or stock replenishment staff looking for a short-term assignment.

The Role

You will be working as part of a team helping to complete a large-scale store refit, ensuring shelves are replenished, products are correctly displayed, and the store is fully stocked and ready for customers.

This is a fast-paced role and will require a good eye for detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Replenishing cosmetic and beauty products onto shelves
• Merchandising stock to company standards
• Assisting with the completion of a store refit project
• Ensuring products are correctly displayed and organised
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Previous stock replenishment or merchandising experience is essential

Previous retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or beauty products

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail

Reliable and able to commit to the full assignment
