Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Operative (Press Brake / CNC / FLT CB)

Location: Salmesbury, PR5

Pay: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Working Week: 40 hours (30-minute unpaid break each day)

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Operative to join a busy & growing team in Salmesbury.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience operating manufacturing machinery who enjoys working in a varied, hands-on role.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for supporting the production process by operating a range of machinery and equipment, including:

• Press Brake machinery
• CNC machinery
• Laser cutting machine
• Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Truck (external)
• General engineering and production duties
• Loading and unloading materials safely
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating Press Brake and/or CNC machinery
• Experience using laser cutting machinery is advantageous
• A valid Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence (external)
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Reliable transportation (no clear public transport route)
