MIG Welder / Fabricator - West Bromwich

We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy and expanding manufacturing team in West Bromwich.

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts)

Morning Shift:

Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00

Friday: 06:00 - 13:00

Afternoon Shift:

Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Key Responsibilities

· Welding the company's range using Mig welders

· Set up welding and supporting equipment

· Be able to read 2D drawings

· Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues with achieving that rate

· Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced

· Keep production and quality related records up to date

· Ensure good levels of 5S are maintained in the area

· Be involved in continuous improvement processes driving through improvements in all aspects of the role

· Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed

· Performs Other Duties as Assigned
