Location: Near Birmingham City Centre (Easily accessible by public transport)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Linisher / Metal Polisher to join a busy and well-established metal workshop based near Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual looking for long-term, stable employment with the potential for a permanent position following a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Polishing and finishing metal components to a high standard
• Operating a lathe polishing machine (experience essential)
• Working to detailed specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting workshop team with general duties as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a metal polisher or linisher
• Must have experience using lathe polishing machines
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
