Metal Picker - Willenhall - Up to £12.80 per hour - Temp to Perm

We are recruiting a Metal Picker for our Wolverhampton-based client, a well-established and reputable metals recycling company specialising in non-ferrous metal recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting recyclable materials on a conveyor belt
• Identifying and removing non-ferrous metals
• Reporting any quality or product issues
• Supporting routine maintenance and daily housekeeping of the plant
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are consistently followed

Working Hours & Pay

• Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
• Hours: 05:30am - 17:30pm
• Pay Rate: £12.80
• Overtime: Available and paid at an enhanced rate
• Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
