Metal Finisher

Location: Kingsbury, Tamworth
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:00
• Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Finisher to join our client based in the Kingsbury area. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finishing or polishing experience within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Job Role

• Finishing and polishing metal components to required standards
• Using tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffers
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality specifications are met

Key Duties

• Removing raised particles and shavings from parts
• Sanding and grinding metal components
• Washing and polishing finished parts
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying defects
• Working closely with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a metal finisher or polisher
• Proficiency with metal finishing tools and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet production targets
