BRAND NEW ROLE - SECRETARIAL ROLE! Our Client, a laboratory company based in Kidderminster, are looking for a results-driven Secretary to join their company to support their sales team. This would be a six month fixed term contract. The role includes general administration duties, producing tenders, working with spreadsheets, sending emails, inputting data, answering phones and making calls.
Duties Include:
- Making and answering calls
- Receiving and sending emails
- Making and maintaining spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Producing tenders
- General admin duties
- Supporting the sales team
Requirements:
- Secretarial experience is essential
- Administration experience is essential
- Open and constructive communicatorAttention to detail and accuracy
- Preferably a scientific background or interest
