Manufacturing Trainer - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a confident and motivated Manufacturing Trainer to support our client's operations in Wednesbury. This role is key in ensuring employees are trained effectively, SOPs are followed consistently, and high standards of safety and quality are maintained across site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new starter inductions and ongoing employee upskilling

• Reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standard ways of working

• Maintain and help improve site safety, quality, and overall performance

• Maintain and update the site's safety compliance training matrix

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members

Candidate Requirements

• Computer literate, with strong confidence using Microsoft Excel

• Confident in coaching and supporting colleagues

• Strong communication skills

• Good attendance record and punctuality

• Organised and detail-oriented
