Manufacturing Operatives – Ongoing Roles

We’re currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for a number of well-established manufacturing clients across Cornwall. These roles are non-food-based and offer a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Locations: St Austell | Bodmin | Redruth | Newquay

Pay Rate:

£12.21 - £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Start times vary between 06:00 – 08:00 for day shifts

Night shifts also available (18:00 – 06:00)

Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be offered)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the assembly or production of goods and materials
• Operating machinery or tools (training provided)
• Quality checking products and reporting any faults
• Packing, labelling, or preparing stock for dispatch
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Working to production targets and deadlines
