Maintenance Engineer

Location: Nuneaton
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Competitive Salary £30,500 - £38,000
Shift Allowance: 27% for weekend shifts
Bonus: Up to 10% of basic salary

As a key player in our engineering team, you'll be responsible for:

Responding swiftly to faults and breakdowns, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.
Conducting preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or factory environment.
Qualifications: A recognised qualification, apprenticeship, or time-served experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Technician.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with MHE equipment, electro-mechanical systems, and detection equipment. An Electrical qualification for working with 3PH 400V circuits is essential.
Analytical Ability: Capability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC drawings.
