Process Operator - Days

Location: Telford

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rate: £14.53 per hour

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Process Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Telford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machine setting or process operating experience within a food production environment who is looking to join a growing business offering long-term opportunities and further training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
• Carrying out routine quality checks
• Ensuring products are manufactured to the required standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Completing production records and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience of setting and operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• A good understanding of food production processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable:

• FLT Counterbalance licence and experience would be beneficial, although this is not essential
• The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake FLT Counterbalance training if required
