Main duties include:

• Measuring and loading raw materials.
• Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting the machine to ensure smooth production.
• Quality Control: Inspecting product for consistency, texture, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly cleaning and maintaining the machine to prevent contamination and ensure efficiency.
• Recording Production Data: Keeping logs of batch details, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
• Following Safety and Hygiene Standards: Adhering to food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
