Forklift Driver

Salary: £14.56 per hour
Hours: Flexible across all shifts | 6:00am-2:45pm, 9:00am-5:45pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm | 5 days out of 7
Location: Mitcham, London
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (via agency)

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and production site based in Mitcham.

This role will involve operating a forklift to move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse, with Bendi experience preferred. You will also support general warehouse duties including stock control, order preparation, loading, and unloading.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for candidates with forklift and warehouse experience looking for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Move stock across warehouse and production areas
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
• Load and unload deliveries
• Receive, store, and rotate stock
• Maintain stock accuracy and correct locations
• Support general warehouse duties as required
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean and organised

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence
• Bendi experience preferred
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Team player with good attention to detail
