The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join their production team on a permanent night shift pattern. With a highly sought-after 7 on, 7 off rota, you'll enjoy a full week off every other week while earning a competitive rate of pay.

The Role

Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for operating machinery efficiently to achieve production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production and manufacturing machinery
• Monitoring machine performance and output
• Performing routine quality inspections
• Machine set-up and adjustments
• Identifying and reporting machine faults
• Minimising downtime and production delays
• Completing production paperwork where required
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ A proactive and reliable approach to work

⭐ Die Cutting experience would be advantageous but is not essential. We're keen to speak with candidates who have solid machine operating experience from any manufacturing background.
