Machine Operative - Bacup

Our client is seeking three skilled Machine Operatives to join their dynamic team!

Pay: £13.15 per hour, with the potential for an increase upon permanent placement.

Training will be provided for specific aspects of the role, but candidates must have a minimum background in machine operation.

Rotating shifts - Monday to Friday
06:00 to 14:00, with early finishes at 12:00 on Fridays.

You will work a total of 35.5 hours per week at a starting rate of £13.15 per hour. Once you transition to a permanent position, the hourly rate may rise to £14.30 - Highly rates can be offered if working overtime.

This opportunity has the potential to evolve into a permanent role after 12 weeks, depending on your performance, punctuality, and attendance.

• Operate machinery efficiently
• Utilize saws and drills (training provided)
• Perform manual handling tasks
• Conduct quality control checks
