What You'll Do:

• Operate and Maintain Machinery: Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of equipment for food production.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor machinery output, making adjustments to meet production and quality standards.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Support a cohesive workflow by working closely with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Machine Minder or similar role within food production or manufacturing.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to high standards of work.
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
