The Best Connection's client based in Gillingham is currently looking for Assemblers/Machine Factory Operatives to join their team, ongoing work available with full training provided. 

• Shift times - 07:30 - 15:30

Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates over 37 hours during the week and at weekends.
Time and Half after 37 hours / Saturday at Time and Half and Sundays at Double Time 

This role offers ongoing work Monday to Friday and full training will be provided. Ideally the client is looking for candidates with some machine operating/assembly or factory experience but this is not essential.

Working in a large manufacturing environment means it is loud and some departments will involve working with oils and diesel, however full PPE clothing is provided. Duties will include assembling small components for diesel pumps, checking and packing parts. Running QC on products, loading or packing from machines and maybe some machine operating - again full training is provided.
