Our client based in Hitchin  is currently recruiting for a candidate to join its growing team. Working with experienced members of staff, Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period. 

Job Duties

• Adding raw materials into correct bags 
• Using computers to follow specifications 
• Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
• Working as part of a friendly experienced team
• Loading finished items up to 25kg onto crates 

Working hours 

• Monday to Friday rotating shift patterns of 06:00am - 14:00pm & 14:00pm - 22:00pm
• Regular overtime available both during the week and at weekends 
• Timekeeping is very important for this role 

Pay Rates

• £12.25 for the first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday increasing to £13.17 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service
• £18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday to Friday
• £24.50 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays and Sundays
