The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking to develop their skills within a structured and quality-driven manufacturing environment.
Duties will include:
- Operating a variety of machinery efficiently and safely
- Using metrology equipment to inspect and verify processed work
- Following strict quality procedures in line with AS9100 standards
- Supporting other operators and team members when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly motivated, reliable, and punctual
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Possess good communication skills and work effectively within a team
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach
- Be willing to learn and develop new skills
