Job Role - Machine Operative (Electronics Manufacturing Industry)

As a Machine Operative in Tamworth, you will support the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) within the electronics manufacturing industry, operating machinery and assisting with various manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating semi-automated production machines
• Handling chemicals safely as part of the manufacturing process
• Copper bonding on PCB panels
• Operating CNC machines to rout finished circuit boards from main panels
• Processing PCB panels with resin during the fill stage
• Supporting testing and inspection processes
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Maintaining quality standards and health & safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

Requirements

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow health & safety procedures
