Cold Rolling Operative

Location: Walsall

Shift: Days - 7:30am start

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temp with potential for Temp to perm for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for a Cold Rolling Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a production or metal processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating cold rolling machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring specifications are met
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and reporting faults
• Handling materials and finished products
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a cold rolling, metal processing, or manufacturing environment (essential)
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 7:30am start
