Machine Operative

Location: Tamworth
Pay: £12.84 per hour
Hours: 4-day working week
Contract: Temporary with potential for permanent employment

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join our client. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment, with the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period.

The Role

Duties may include:

• Operating semi-automated production machinery
• Handling chemicals in accordance with company procedures
• Copper bonding on PCB panels
• Operating CNC machinery to rout finished circuit boards from mother panels
• Processing panels with resin during the filling stage
• Preparing products for testing and inspection
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Working Hours

• Monday: 06:00 - 18:00
• Tuesday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Thursday: 06:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 18:00

4-day working week

Requirements

• No previous experience required - full training provided
• Reliable and punctual
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
