The Best Connection are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our client based near Mold, North Wales.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll co-ordinate transport, warehousing, inventory, and customer deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include:

• Booking and managing UK & global transport routes

• Ensuring cost-effective deliveries and negotiating with hauliers

• Handling import/export administration and shipping documentation

• Coordinating with warehouses to prioritise and ship customer orders

• Monitoring stock availability against customer demand

• Managing customer returns, discrepancies, and PODs

• Updating customers on order progress and resolving delivery issues

• Supporting inventory flows via external warehouses

• Liaising with Sales and Finance on delivery, cost, and audit queries

About you:

• Experienced with import & export

• Strong communicator at all levels

• Highly organised with a methodical approach

• Strong IT skills (Excel / ERP systems)

• Proactive and committed to delivering excellent customer service

Hours: 08:30-17:00 (Monday-Thursday), 08:30-14:00 (Friday)
