We are recruiting for a safety‑focused Bulk Side Operator to join a busy manufacturing site at Flixborough Industrial, working 12‑hour shifts Monday to Thursday - with every Friday off.

🚜 What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate the loading shovel & mobile plant (with daily checks)
• Keep raw materials flowing efficiently to production lines
• Work to production targets while maintaining strict safety & PPE standards
• Receive deliveries, input data into SAP, and manage stock movement
• Support quality checks, correct labelling, and safe unloading
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping
• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvements
• Communicate effectively and ensure smooth shift handovers

🧩 What You MUST Have

✅ Valid, in-date Loading Shovel Licence (ESSENTIAL)

Plus:

• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
• Previous mobile plant experience (advantageous)
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop

🔧 Working Pattern & Pay

• £13.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week
• £19.50 per hour overtime after 48 hours
• 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
• Monday to Thursday ONLY
