The Best Connection Group Limited are currently hiring for an experienced and reliable Loading Shovel Driver to join our client in the Nantwich area.

This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is safety-conscious and confident operating heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently
• Load and move materials such as aggregates, soil, or waste
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Follow all health & safety procedures on site
• Assist with general yard or site duties when required
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Valid Loading Shovel Licence (e.g NPORS or CPCS)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of site safety regulations
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Hours

• Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm

Pay

• £16.50 - £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
