The Best Connection are working with a long-standing client based in Barrow Upon Soar and are looking to recruit a General Operative to join their team in a fast-paced environment. Following a successful trial period, this position has the opportunity to become a permanent role.

Pay rate & Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 17:00 - 03:00
• First hour: £12.25 per hour
• Remaining hours: £14.98 per hour

Duties Include:

• Work across multiple loading bays as required
• Ensure all outgoing pallets are wrapped, secured, and ready for dispatch
• Physically demanding role involving heavy lifting
• Work in cold conditions

Requirements:

• Safety boots and high-visibility clothing must be worn at all times
• Must have own vehicle to access the site
• Adhere to on-site traffic regulations (10mph speed limit - speed cameras in operation)
• Reverse parking only on site
• Follow all health and safety procedures
