The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Linisher Operative on behalf of our well-established manufacturing client based in Kingswinford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate looking to join a busy production environment with consistent work and competitive pay.

Duties Include:

• Operating a linisher grinder to prepare and finish metal components
• Using handheld linishers to smooth surfaces and remove imperfections
• Working with a variety of hand tools
• Carrying out quality checks on completed work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Shift Pattern:

• 14:00 - 22:00
• Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Previous experience using linishing equipment is essential
• Confident using hand tools and power tools
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable wearing a full-body protective suit whilst working within a designated linishing pen
