Key Responsibilities:
- 🚚 Driving: Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, including those with walking floors.
- 🌜 Tramping: Perform overnight trips as required, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- 📋 Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- 🔧 Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues to ensure vehicle safety.
- 🤠Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.
Requirements:
- ✅ Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- ✅ Proven experience with walking floor trailers
- ✅ Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- ✅ Good knowledge of UK road networks
- ✅ Excellent time management and organisational skills
- ✅ Ability to work independently and handle long-distance driving
