C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driver Required Urgently 

The Best Connection is recruiting professional and hard-working 7.5 tonne van drivers for our client based in Beckton.   

(We also have availability on other categories of vehicles including Class 2 and HGV. Get in touch to find out about those roles as well.) 

Pay Rates and Shifts  

• £14.00 per hour 

• PAYE 

• There will be two shift patterns: one at 7am and another at 11am, both 8 hour shifts. This is an ongoing opportunity for lots of weekend work! 

The Role:   

• Delivering variety of materials including furniture, garden sets & tools. 

• Heavy lifting is a requirement, therefore the ideal candidate will have knowledge & experience with safe manual handling techniques. You will be working with a drivers mate, so there will be assistance loading & unloading the vans.  

• The role will include delivering various products to customers homes, so candidates with good customer service skills are preferred.   

Drivers Requirements:  

• Drivers Licence

• CPC & Digi Card 

• Category C1 (7.5 tonne) License 

• Experience driving 7.5 tonne vans and strapping is an advantage.
