Lead Generators required – Swindon £12.21 per hour - Plus Uncapped commission

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for connecting with clients and a strong background in lead generation? Working for our client you will be responsible for transforming their client outreach. This role is perfect for someone who excels at spotting and pursuing new business opportunities. A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this position.

Main Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound communication with potential leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and updates.
• Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
• Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer preferences to optimise lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions on our CRM system
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within target industries and markets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role is essential

Pay and hours:

• £12.21 per hour
• Plus Uncapped commission
• Hours – 10.00 to 4.00pm
• Monday to Friday – No weekends
