**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE**
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- To plan, manage, and deliver projects from concept through to after-sales service, and to ensure the customer is delighted with our service and product. Minimising risk, whilst maximising margin / value, and ensuring quality and safety are not compromised.
ESSENTIAL
- Experience or knowledge of working within ISO 9001 BMS requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of planning, issues management and performance reporting
- Strong customer centric management skills and customer relationship building
- Adept with business management systems, process adherence, and requirements
- High competency of ICT skills / IT systems and applications including Excel
DESIRABLE
- Understanding of an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Experience of planning, managing, and delivering quality projects on schedule and within an effective budget
- Working knowledge and application of project delivery tools and processes
