The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Internal Sales on behalf of our manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton.

Pay Rate:

£14.12-£14.61 per hour

Working Hours :

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales operations by:

• Handling incoming sales enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Monitoring and responding to customer emails
• Producing customer quotations and progressing orders based on requirements
• Processing sales orders and generating works order packages
• Processing purchase orders for stock items
• Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
• Working closely with internal departments including manufacturing, warehouse, and accounts

Essential Requirements

• Strong Maths and English skills
• Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
• Computer literate with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, and similar systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident and professional communication skills via telephone and email
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy sales office
• A strong team player with the ability to liaise across departments

Desirable Skills

• Experience using SAGE 200
• Knowledge of flange or pipework products
