Industrial Cleaner

Location: Middlesbrough, TS2

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week

Overtime: Available when required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
• Thursday to Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join a busy site in Middlesbrough. This is a part-time position offering 25 hours per week, with overtime available when required.

There is one vacancy available, and applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Keeping all machine areas clear of waste product and free from hazards
• Emptying machine waste receptacles on a daily basis
• Keeping doorways, dispatch areas, and loading bays clean and tidy
• Clearing rubbish, weeds, and debris from the exterior areas of the warehouse
• Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping duties across the site
• Using basic DIY skills to carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Working additional hours when overtime is available

Requirements

• Previous industrial cleaning experience is essential
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for maintaining the site
• Must be available Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
