£13.00 per hour | Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:45 | Friday: 08:00-14:30
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Our very busy automotive client based in Fradley Park, Lichfield is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment within a well-known and reputable company.

Duties Include:

  • Preparing HR-related documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports

  • Supporting payroll administration with accurate employee data

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies

Skills Required:

  • Previous administration experience (HR admin preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday-Thursday: 08:00-16:45

  • Friday: 08:00-14:30

  • Pay: £13.00 per hour
