This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their HR career within a fast-paced industrial environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the HR department
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new starters
- Preparing employment-related documentation and correspondence
- Manage absences and conduct return to work meetings.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR administration role beneficial
- Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Monday - Friday
- 07:30 - 16:30
