The Best Connection Birmingham is currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Tyseley. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their HR career within a fast-paced industrial environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and onboarding new starters
  • Preparing employment-related documentation and correspondence
  • Manage absences and conduct return to work meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HR administration role beneficial
  • Good IT skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Hours of Work

  • Monday - Friday
  • 07:30 - 16:30

Pay Rate

  • £13.31 per hour
