The Best Connection are recruiting for Horticultural Nursery Workers to join a successful company based in Barnham, West Sussex to start in January. We are looking for hard working and reliable individuals with a positive attitude looking for ongoing work!

Applicants must note that this role will involve working outdoors in all different kinds of weathers. The job also involves being on your feet all day so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

What will your working hours be?

5 days out of a 7 day working week, 7.30am to 5.15pm

What roles will you be undertaking on a daily basis?

• Quality checking of plants, packing onto trollies ready for dispatch, working on a production line
• Pack carts/production trollies to the required standard and in accordance with required volumes.
• Packing soil into plant pots and palettes with use of their machines
• Weeding, trimming and labelling with care instructions

Skills required:

• Must be reliable and able commit to the working hours
• Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay: £11.44 paid on a weekly basis
