🔧 HGV / Fleet Technician

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a large, national business with excellent training and progression opportunities? We're looking for skilled individuals to help maintain and service a diverse fleet of over 1,500 vehicles 🚛

🛠 What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out service, maintenance & repairs on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
• Preparing and carrying out MOT inspections
• Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are followed
• Inspecting vehicles to DVSA standards (and above)
• Taking part in ongoing training & development 📚

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience maintaining and repairing vehicles
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HGV Class 1 or 2 licence (advantageous but not essential 🚛)
• Inspection training / IRTEC accreditation (desirable but training can be provided)
• Knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics (an advantage)
• Willingness to complete a DBS check (completed in-house before start date)
