The Best Connection is looking HGV Class 1 NIGHT drivers for a new contract based in Milton Keynes delivering direct to Amazon Depots. No handballing involved. The desired candidate must be local and live within the Milton Keynes/Buckingham area.
You must hold a valid Class 1 UK licence with no more than 6 points, a UK digital tachograph card & a full DQC (CPC card). All levels of experience welcome. 12 hours shifts - Any 5 out of 7 days
Responsibilities:
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues or defects.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- A Full Valid UK Licence with Category C & C+E
- A Valid CPC and Digital tacho card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Good knowledge of the UK roads
- Clear and concise communication skills
