HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers Wanted - Lancaster / Morecambe Area

We're recruiting reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers to join our busy pallet network distribution operation covering Lancaster, Morecambe and surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced pallet network driver or looking to step into a fast-paced multi-drop role, we want to hear from you.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries and collections of palletised freight
• Local routes across Lancaster, Morecambe & surrounding areas (no long-haul)
• Delivering to both commercial and residential customers
• Using an electric pump truck to safely move pallets
• Completing deliveries accurately and on time
• Daily vehicle checks & defect reporting
• PDA / electronic POD use
• Providing a professional and friendly service at every stop

Pay & Benefits

• Class 1 (C+E): £16.00 per hour
• Class 2 (Category C): £14.00 per hour
• Minimum 8 hours paid per day
• Overtime available (including Saturdays)

What We're Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience in pallet network / multi-drop work (ideal but not essential)
• Confident using an electric pump truck
• Good knowledge of Lancaster / Morecambe routes and surrounding areas
• Strong timekeeping and organisation skills
• A professional, positive attitude with customers
• Physically fit and able to handle manual duties
