The Best Connection are proud to be working with our client based in Birtley, who are a large and well-established haulage company.

Due to planned growth and commitment, they are looking for several LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) drivers available for ADHOC work.

In this role you will be doing:

• A to B trunking
• Pre-loaded vehicles & pre-planned routes
• Strapping the load
• No handball involved

Hours of work:

• Shift start time varies pending destination - normal start time is 6am

This is offered on a PAYE basis, at the following rates:

• Monday to Friday £14.50 per hour (PAYE)
• Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays £17.25 per hour (PAYE)
• £25.00 night out allowance
