The Best Connection are working on behalf of our client who are based in Spennymoor and are looking for 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) Drivers.

The role is being offered on a temporary basis however there are opportunities for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include:

• Home deliveries of electrical goods
• Unpacking goods at customer premises
• Assisting with the installation of the products when required
• Calling the customer to advise of delivery time
• Will involve heavy lifting

Hours of work: 

• Start time is 7.40am – finish
• Client works 7 days per week so will involve weekend working

Pay rate:

• £12.50 per hour basic rate increasing to £13.00 per hour
• £18.75 per hour overtime rate after 45 hours

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.
