The Best Connection is looking for an experienced Class 1 driver to work with our client based in the North Lincolnshire area. Our client manages the supply chain of hundreds of customers, with over 35 years of experience transporting goods all over Europe. They are now seeking a Class 1 driver to join their team.

This exciting new role will cover contracts from Immingham Docks and will include tramping work from Monday to Friday, conducting deliveries and collections UK-wide with curtain side trailer with boards and removable roofs.

This will include an average start time of 04:00am

Pay rates for the first 16 weeks are based on a day rate of £160 per day and £25 night out allowance per day.

This position is on a temp-to-perm basis over the course of 16 weeks, with a salary of up to £44,640 Once a contract has been offered.

We are looking for the following requirements:

• 1 year of experience driving HGV 1
• Dock experience (preferable)
• A driving license with no more than 6 points
• No DD or DR offences
