The Best Connection are seeking to recruit HGV Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers to work with their client based in Gateshead. Our client delivers building materials across the Northeast.
The role:
- Multi-drop delivery of building supplies and materials using a curtain sider
- Most work will me fork-lifted off but can involve handballing
- Experience is desired as this job role is speedy, efficient and accurate delivery to customers at set times
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and The Best Connection
The candidate:
- Clean Class 2 UK driving licence
- 1 year experience driving a Class 2 vehicle commercially
- Smart appearance and positive attitude as the role is customer facing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday shift pattern
- 7am start time
- 8 hour minimum
Pay Rates:
- £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
- All hours flat rate
