The Best Connection are recruiting multiple Class 1 Drivers for ongoing, full-time work for our client in Birkenhead!

The work:

• This client has a mixed fleet of trailers including curtainsider, flat-bed and tipper. There is no handball involved in this work! 
• Successful candidates will start off doing general haulage of products from the docks driving the curtainsiders and, once familiar with the work, will be given training on the tippers and flat-beds. 
• If you have tipper experience, this is definitely an advantage! 
• Working Monday to Friday, with days and nights available. 
• These are full-time positions but we will consider applicants with part-time availability to cover any holidays and sickness. 

Pay-rates:

• Monday to Friday - Days - £16/hr PAYE (or £20.01/hr including holidays)
• Monday to Friday - Nights - £17/hr PAYE (or £21.29/hr including holidays)
• Saturday - Days - £18/hr PAYE (or £22.56/hr including holidays)
• Saturday - Nights - £19/hr PAYE (or £23.83/hr including holidays)
• Sunday & Bank Holiday - Days - £19/hr PAYE (or £23.83/hr including holidays)
• Sunday & Bank Holiday - Nights - £20/hr PAYE (or £25.11/hr including holidays)

Requirements: 

• There is no minimum experience required but general haulage experience is a must. 
• You don't need to have tipper experience, just a willingness to learn. If you do, even better!
