An opportunity for all Class 1 Drivers!! 

Our client in Peckham, a leading provider of logistics solutions across London and beyond, is currently seeking a Class 1 Driver to join their dynamic team. If you are a reliable and experienced driver with a passion for delivering top-quality service, this opportunity is for you.

Job Type:

• Full-time/Part-time (depending on available vacancies)

Pay Rates:

• £20 an hour for all hours worked Monday to Friday.
• 8 hours paid as minimum per shift.

Hours of work: 

• Monday to Friday. 
• Start time: 3pm, Finish time: 1am.
• 2 or 3 stops only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
• Able to attach the truck to the trailer and secure the curtains on the lorry.

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant experience. 
• Full HGV C+E license with no more than three points for minor endorsements.
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards.
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive.
• Excellent geographical knowledge.
