The Best Connection are seeking to recruit multiple HGV Class 2 (LGV C) on a temp to perm basis for a client based in Faverdale, Darlington.
The role:
- Delivering furniture and homeware to customers' homes on behalf of national retailer.
- This will involve heavy lifting, but you will have a driver's mate to assist.
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the client and The Best Connection
The candidate:
- Full, clean LGV C (HGV Class 2) license.
- Ideally minimum of 1 year LGV C driving experience with past experience of furniture delivery.
- Smart appearance with positive attitude to customer care.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Sunday, 5 days out 7 on a weekly rota. Minimum of 9-hour shifts.
- Varied, early start times, depending on delivery locations and routes.
Pay Rates:
- £16.50 per hour for any hours worked Saturday/Sunday
- £17.50 per hour for any hours worked Saturday/Sunday
